Pumpkin Pie Smoothies.

Fall is finally here and I’ve finally gotten my life together a bit so I’m back FINALLY with a new post. If for some reason you don’t like pumpkin, you can absolutely switch it out for apples, figs, sweet potatoes, pears or whatever fruit or vegetable you’re into. ALSO if you don’t want something, you can easily substitute or disregard it so don’t worry too much about sticking to the recipes 100%.

Recipe #1 (serves 4)

  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream, to taste (optional)

Recipe #2 (serves 2)Read More »

I’m a student and a teacher and I’m passionate about so many things from health, nutrition, bio, finance, marketing, coding, psychology, photography etc but not enough to pursue a degree in them so I try to share the knowledge where I can.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE cats and small animals, food, organization, Netflix, photography, and DIYing. A couple of my absolute favorite shows are:Read More »
